1. Who we are

Zytra Tech Solutions Private Limited ("Zytra", "we", "our") operates zytratechnologies.com and the Zytra enterprise AI governance platform. Our registered office is at BKC, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051, India. For privacy enquiries, contact us at info@zytratechnologies.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it or when it is technically necessary to operate the site.

Contact and demo requests

When you submit the contact form or request a demo, we collect your first name, last name, work email address, company name, and any message you include. This data is transmitted to our backend via /api/contact and used solely to respond to your enquiry.

AI Risk Assessment email gate

The free AI Risk Assessment tool calculates your results entirely in your browser — no assessment answers are transmitted to our servers. At the point of results delivery you may optionally provide your name and work email to receive a copy of your results. Providing this is voluntary; you may skip the gate and view results without submitting any data.

Red-team report download

Accessing certain research reports requires a name, work email, and company name, submitted via /api/report-download. This allows us to follow up on your interest.

Cookies and usage data

We use strictly-necessary cookies to operate the site (e.g. cookie-consent preference stored in localStorage). With your explicit consent, we may collect privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used. See Section 5 for details.

Data we do not collect

• We do not collect payment card data (no e-commerce on this site).
• We do not collect government identification numbers.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• Customer AI models, prompts, and outputs processed by the Zytra platform are covered by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and never leave the customer's own tenant.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, demo requests, and support questions.
• To send you content you requested (assessment results copy, research reports).
• To improve the website based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian and international law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Legal basis

Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) applies, we process personal data on the following bases:

• Consent — for optional analytics cookies and voluntary email gate submission on the assessment tool.
• Legitimate use for contract performance — for responding to demo requests and contact form submissions.
• Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the equivalent GDPR legal bases apply: consent (Article 6(1)(a)), contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

5. Cookies

This site uses a minimal cookie footprint:

• Strictly necessary — a single localStorage key (zytra-cookie-consent) that records your cookie preference. This is not a tracking cookie and does not identify you.
• Analytics (optional, consent-gated) — if you accept analytics cookies, privacy-respecting aggregate analytics may be collected. These do not include cross-site tracking or advertising identifiers. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing site data for this domain.

6. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure providers — hosting and backend services (e.g. Vercel) used to operate this site, under data processing agreements.
• Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Zytra or others.

Any third-party processor we engage is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use your data for their own purposes.

7. Retention

Contact form and demo-request data is retained for up to 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion. Analytics data, if collected, is retained in aggregate form with no individual identifiers. Cookie consent preferences are retained locally in your browser until you clear site data.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or, for EEA residents, your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Backend API endpoints validate inputs and do not log sensitive payload fields beyond what is necessary for operations.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or applicable law changes. Material changes will be reflected in a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
