By accessing or using the Zytra Technologies website and services, including the Lynx guardrails product and AI governance platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Zytra Technologies provides AI governance solutions for regulated industries, including the Lynx safety classifier, FinProof benchmark, and enterprise governance platform. Our Services help organizations manage AI risk, ensure compliance, and maintain oversight of AI systems.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to develop competing products
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to the Lynx model architecture, FinProof benchmark methodology, software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Zytra Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Benchmark and Research Data

Access to FinProof benchmark tiers is subject to separate research agreements. Tier 4 withheld test data is never released and evaluations are conducted by Zytra only. Published benchmark results must include proper attribution to Zytra Technologies and the FinProof benchmark.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZYTRA TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI SAFETY TOOLS ARE NOT A GUARANTEE AGAINST ALL RISKS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYTRA TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zytra Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
